My experience and some stories

I’ve seen a lot during my work with horses and especially after my course “communicating with animals”. This is what makes it all so exciting and different. In the beginning when I was working with Reiki I had some very beautiful experiences. Here comes the story, the names are fictive because it’s been a while since this story happened and I don’t remember the horse’s name
The story of Dusty;
People came to ask me if I could come and take a look at their horse. This horse was a race horse in competition. Dusty had a problem with his leg and he had been through so many treatments by the vet that he had been given up. His owner was planning to have him put down. From friends they heard that I treat horses with Reiki and they wanted to give that “alternative” treatment a chance before putting Dusty to sleep. When I was “scanning” the horse I felt that the problem was in his shoulder and not in his leg. The leg was very swollen after the many treatments and the horse could barely stand on it. I gave Dusty a complete Reiki treatment, Bach flowers (because he had a very difficult past) and homeopathy for the muscles. I gave the owners also a bottle of self-made oil to rub on Dusty’s leg. I visited 2 times a week for the Reiki treatment and after the second treatment there was some improvement. I treated Dusty for a total of 6 weeks and then the horse was so much improved that he was ready to race again! After a while I heard that Dusty competes again!
A couple of weeks ago I had a similar case. This time with the pony Manolito. The owners gave me permission to tell the story and put a picture of Manolito here.
This is the story of Manolito;
The owners of Manolito called me to come and see to their pony. Manolito is a 16 years old, very sweet pony. It was very urgent because they had already decided that they would put Manolito to sleep that Saturday. When I arrived there I immediately saw that it was serious! Manolito couldn’t walk, couldn’t turn his head and his muscles were completely stiff. The vet had been there several times but couldn’t do anything anymore. Because he was in a lot of pain, they had decided to put him to sleep.
What happened? Manolito had gone riding with his owner and when they came back (they raced a lot) he was completely stiff. He had trouble walking and they put him in his stable. In his stable he was frightened by something and he bounced his head against the shelf above his head. The things that lay on the shelf fell on his head (buckets and other stuff) . Manolito fell to the ground and was covered with all the stuff. When they freed him his head was starting to swell until it was 3 times that big! He was in a lot of pain. I immediately started with the complete Reiki treatment and gave him homeopathy for his muscles and Bach flowers for the trauma. That treatment I gave for a total of 5 weeks, 2 times a week. Now, Manolito has recovered completely and has even won a jumping competition. I’m very happy that I was able to help this pony and so are his owners!
I give my thanks to the owners of Manolito for their permission to put this story on my website.
Here you can find a picture of Manolito after his treatment.
Of course these are not the only stories that I can tell but these two I’ve always remembered
A couple of months ago they published a story of me in the news paper. Here in Belgium it’s not that common to do this kind of work. You can see the article here;
